Our philosophy comes from our background in restoration. Our wines are selected with high gastronomic criteria : somme balance wine, delicate and subtile, not too pushing or exuberant but very health-enhance.

We like ploughed land and old wine, high vineyard and producers who practice their job with passion. The passion generates the high quality.

Finally, we take care to select one chateau by term or by production area.
